can you log into that computer with a different account? maybe its a profile issue. i mean its microsoft what do you expect

what are the security settings on each of the pc's u tried using IE?

and i do this for a living trust me i've seen worse. try like i said a different account maybe its a profile setting

Solution: Screw IE and use FF

make sure you do safemode with networking.

we've yet to hear what ur security settings are
between the 2 different pc's? are they the same?
