I recently won an ebay auction on some 22inch wheels and tires see below.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=270052822431 I won fair and square and paid instantly with paypal. About 2 hours later, after the auction ended, I get an email from the seller saying the following, "there is a mistake with the auction i put a reserve price that wsn't met and somehow it didn't work . i need to refund your money because i cannot let these rims and tires go for the price you won them for i would be out too much money. i am sorry for the confusion." As you can tell by the auction there was no reserve and i won at a very low price. What should i do about this? I dont want a refund, I want the wheels. Isnt this a contract, do i have any legal rights to get the wheels? I made a despute with paypal and also did a claim with ebay which is opening an "investigation" about the case. Any advice??
