Doing that certainly does not help our popularity over there. Baghdad is a city with 8 million people. Same size as New York City. So yes, there is traffic there. How would you feel if a country we did not like (let's say Iran, or China) had tanks rolling through the streets of New York, and if you were in the way stuck in traffic, they simply bumped you and your X5 off the road? I certainly would not be happy about it.

It would be ok if it was a slight tap, but if anything more than that causes damage to their car or injures them (whiplash or whatever) then it wouldn't be ok.

I have seen police vehicles in the states do the same things also if you look (at least with the quality of this video) they appear to be nudging them lightly enough it doesn't even damage the bumper on the cars plus if you notice many people just get out of the way as the humvee drives through I doubt they just did this without warning I am sure there was a notification given more vehicles moved out of the way then got hit in the video
