Cool 5 LCDs on my POWERMAC G5 **update** added 1 more lcd!

I want more desktop space... so I run 6 lcd's. I currently have 6.5 GB of memory.
The far right lcd is switchable between DirectTV or the G5.

jeeez, time for you to either get a 50" plasma or use a projector. What's the need for all of the display space?

He didn't say anything about "need". The word he used was "want".

So why do you "want" this much desktop real estate?

I use the mac for recording and having a few monitors allows me to see everything thats going on. I like not having to pile up windows on top of each other. This setup allows you to watch tv or vids, keep your email right there, watch stocks, check out x5world, etc etc. When I learned that G5's can run up to 8 monitors, I had to try that!

Wow... My dad has 3 on his G5 for vid. editing; a 20" for watching playback, an 30" to edit etc, then a 15" for all the options... its pretty cool
