Anyone into working out? I need some advice please.

Ok, I'm no body builder and I don't want to be. But I'm looking to get in better shape and really what to lean out and gain some muscle mass. I'm getting married next year and really want to be in great shape for the honeymoon. I'm going to need the energy, Woot, Woot!! Anyways I wanted to know what products I should take to really see some results. I'm 28, 5'10'' and weight about 175lbs. I don't have alot of body fat but the six pack looks more like a six pack of beer! So I pretty much want to lean out and build some muscles mass in my arms, legs, Abs, Back, Chest, you get the picture. But I'm confused as to what products work out there. There are so many chocies. Do I take a protein shakes, Powder Creatine, Amino formula, Muscle milk The list goes on and on. Also what brand are best. I know creatine is only good if it's 100% pure, but what about the Esterified creatine? I already have a good overall work out routine worked out but I'd really like to see more results. Thanks for any advice you have ..

Check my sig. The site below it has all kinds off natuaral body mass aids.
Lean diet with these products and well rounded work out 3 days a week
and you will be superman. My number is on the site if you need help.
Try biolean and mass appeal at first.

I do little on the suppliment side anymore basically just a protein shake after my workout to help with muscle recovery...I used a ton of suppliments when I was in sports (lineman, state championship wrestler) and found that nothing really sticks around after you quit the suppliments and it will very commonly turn to fat extrememly quickly. also if you quit working out nothing comes back as quickly as unassisted muscle mass just stick to your workout plan and keep your protien and fruits/veggie intake up. the more mass you build the more calories your body will naturally consume which will help you loose fat weight just remember if you are not overall losing weight it is just due to the additional muscle weight.

I am 27 6' 250

clean eating.. and i mean strict clean diet.. is the majority of the fight, that and a good excercise routine. you eat like 5-6 times a day but very small portions. the key is to eat till you are not hungry anymore, not till you are full in order to get the abs showing. no amount of excercise will show the abs... its about diet.

2 links for you:
www.crossfit.com and www.p90x.com

both are not about fancy gimmicks. just simple excercises that work. mainly compound body movements. not alot of equipment is needed at all.

i'm on p90x now. complete 90 day bootcamp that tells you exactly what excercises to do each day. just follow the calendar on which video to play each day and you'll have massive results. with p90x, you just need a pullup bar and some dumb bells. mainly using your own weight.

Roc3b suggested I get the exercise ball? I stretch and do crunches on it. It's awesome. In no time I'm seeing the verticle lines in my abs. The horizontal ones are starting to show

As far as protein stuff goes, I used muscle milk and gave me often upset stomach. Is there a better safer alternative out there?

First you need to start out with a daily vitamin, nothing special just a multi-vitamin (Centrum) That will give you energy, I have also read you drink Muscle Milk is that the pre-mixed or powder? If pre mixed junk it it has a ton of sugar in it get a powder like Designer Whey take one of those 2 to 3 times a day, especially in the morning and BEFORE you lift NOT after, its better to have simple sugars and some carbs after, I have a piece of wheat bread with some honey and raisins on it(Not as bad as it sounds) immediatly after a workout. If you want abs I tell everyone "Abs are made in the kitchen not the gym" To burn off the fat try doing intense cardio at 30 minutes a day for a week, you should see dramatic results!! Just eat clean, no processed food, and you'll be on your way.

I love Muscle Milk. I drink it all the time. Just get the regular 32g protein kind, dont waste your money on the hyped up 50+grams bottles. They dont mix well and your body can only take in so much at one given time.

I agree with all above that diet is going to be your best bet. Its also the hardest thing to change. I have been trying to pin mine down, and only recently gotten up to 5 or 6 meals a day. Its tough but you will notice a difference. Just remember to always eat something after you work out. (and before too if you can)

First congrats on the upcoming Marriage, 2nd, I have found the best way to change your bodys shape is to run, NOTHING has changed my body and toned it more then running, all over, additional I would encourage you to get a personal trainer or a workout partner with knowledge so that you make sure you have proper form when working out, finally, while suppliments are good, do not be fooled by those stupid bars etc, they are a waste of money, good luck!!
