Fact is he did nothing of the sort nor was he accused or convicted of being the source of the leak.

That was Jack Abramoff.

He was convicted of obstruction and lying to investigators.

That makes what Sandy Burglar did at the National Archives much worse of an offense in my opinion. Strange thing I did not hear much from the side of the Democrats condemning his underpants file cabinet incident.

Fact is he LIED during a federal investigation. Try being one of the covert agents that had to deal with identities getting out and then have the opinion of "what is worse".
