Suffice to say, currently my golfing is limited to watching Tiger on TV. What caused the damage - no idea and never will - could have been the flu that I had 6 weeks prior, could have been yardword that I did 4 weeks prior, or sometimes it just "happens". Sometimes it's hard to keep your chin up so most of the time I try not to think about it...

Not car related spoilers Spoilers are the results of tournaments. Some people TiVo the tournaments and watch them at their leisure. So since I posted the results of yesterday's tournaments, somebody could have read the thread before watching the recorded tournaments thus spoiling the experience. Putting "spoiler" in the subject is good forum etiquette.

If we continue to use the thread for golf talk, there will likely be more spoiler posts in it.

How horrible! I am so sorry to hear about your situation. I certainly wish you the very best. Hang in there.

I tried golf for a few years, and well, I am simply not (or, better yet, my temper is not) made for this game. I gave it up, and picked up tennis again!

Had a 90, but I played off the Blues,(same tees as Deeps on many holes and slope of 138/72.6), with 2 buds. So, not disappointed with that 90 for my neophyte game. Couple 3 off Ts, overswinging...
We chase it today in another Interclub Tourn against local club. I need a day off to get some stuff done around here and ride one of my m'cycles! BR,md

That's a tough course from the blues. That 90 would be an 86 on a "standard rating" course. For me, three rounds a week is a good week. I've got other things to do too Good luck in your tournament. I'll probably play tomorrow

I played 18 this afternoon and finished 2 over par. I had 3 hole-in-ones, but managed to triple bogey that silly hole with the windmill. Oh, we also had fun on the go-karts after our round.
