Hmm, interesting MySpace and suicide
http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/11/17/int....ap/index.html
So quick hits: - Girl under 14 (you are required to be at least 14 to make one) creates a MySpace site with parents blessing. Parents know she has mental disorders and is unstable. - Girl 'meets' another person on MySpace, a boy, but is really a creation of her old friends made up to mess with her. - Parents are actually 'happy' that the depressed girl found a friend on MySpace. - MySpace boy tells girl he no longer wishes to be her friend. - Girl kills herself. - Parents attempt to go after the group who created the bogus person.. --- OK, sorry your child killed herself..... Now...who's to blame, the parent, the one that decided unsupervised relationships for a 13/14 year old were alright over the internet.
