How does anything EVER get done in this world that does not involve profit?! Legislation! You have seat belts because it is a law. Why do I recycle in NYC? Because it is the law! Do I like some of these laws? Some, yes, some, no, but I follow them because they are just that, the law.

If people are really serious about any issue that affects the bottom line of the business world, it MUST be legislated. Period.

You may be able to do that in America (after a long battle)but don't count on getting all the other nations on board.
