Now see, I heard from someone at VZW that was the reason.
They probably read it from the blog. Eh, it is what it is. I do hope the update is released soon.

There is a new iPhone app which allows you to type email using a landscape mode keyboard with larger keys.

I'm pretty sure it was free and is called BigKeyMail

Works great and takes care of one of my gripes with the iPhone.

This BB won't do well in the consumer market like the others, and the iPhone will stay there. I don't see much changing.

Better integration with corporate and personal email systems.
Faster email delivery and sending.
Word, Exceo and Powerpoint editing capabilities.
Better bluetooth.
Less expensive.
RIM supporting it.
Better camera.
