Cajun injected and OOHHH sooo tender and juicy.....

And I can't express how much I miss my neighbors setup with over a dozen pots on the side the house... he sold about 100 birds a day! And talk about make the whole street smell great... it really was the best source of torture!

But that damn bitch Katrina took that neighbors house down to the slab with a fire...

Turkey is easy to cook, just start it early in the morning and use a meat thermometer, most of the supermarket turkeys come with a pop-up thermometer. Once it is cook cover with foil until ready to serve.

I would buy a Bell & Evans Turkey from Kings Supermarket in NJ.

And you'd deep-fry a whole turkey at 3-1/2 minutes per pound and deep fry a bone-in turkey breast at 7-8 minutes per pound at 350°F.

But you gotta be a little more careful with deep frying as if you aren't careful you got a BIG grease fire. Google search can even help you with good tactics and recipes. Gotta love the googles

I've heard of someone who cooked duck for Thanksgiving. It's out of tradition, but the neighbor who had turkey for Thanksgiving, tried their duck and said that it's actually very tasty.
