Last year. A 22 lb'er from a local farm, brined overnight in a secret concoction. Secret because I forgot what was in it and I'll never be able to recreate it.
 Various side dishes which I've also forgotten. So what was so memorable? The amazing congee made with the left over carcase the next day.
