We have a Game 7! Whether you are a Wings or Pens fan, Game 7 is pretty damn exciting and it should be an excellent game. I don't think there's anything like a Game 7 in the NHL Stanley Cup finals.

For Wings fans, sorry about last night but at least they have a chance to hoist the Cup at home.

As much as I would have liked to see the Wings close this out last night, winning the cup on home ice is so much better than on the road. Game 7's are intense, and I am sure both teams will be coming with their A game.

Go Wings!!

The Penquinos played a great game...
only 3rd time in last 15 yrs that the visiting
team won it, in game 7. Talbot?!
Too bad, as the Motor needs a "lift"...
Helluva game by the Ps.

Certainly not the outcome that the Motorcity was looking for (or expecting), but props to the Penguins for shutting down the Wing's offense for the majority of the game. It was an exciting game right up to the last second. Close, but no cigar.

I'm very happy the Penquins took it! (would have been cooler if it were the Bruins though )

What a Game 7! I delayed a road trip by three hours to watch the game. My wife was keeping her fingers crossed that it wouldn't go into OT.

Great game by the Penguins. They stymied the Wings potent offense and hung on. It's an even more amazing win given the last 3 games of the series. I'm happy for the Penguins and was rooting for them. The secret to their win was that I wore one of my Penguins jerseys Thursday night during my hockey game.

I'm going to guess that the Wings fans are disgusted with Crosby not shaking Lidstrom's hand after the game. On the one hand, pardon the pun, I understand that it came off like a slight to the Wings captain but I also understand that it was not intentional and was a result of excitement and youth. I think it's a molehill being made into a mountain. Even Lidstrom isn't all bent out of shape about it. I would expect that Crosby will make amends at the NHL awards where they will both be in attendance.
