ever try doing a *search* in email versus a *search* in BB....
totally different animal. It only keeps 200 emails.....that is like 3-4 days of emails for me.
On the BB, I could have easily searched 3 months of emails.

Contacts won't let you change how it's sorted.


Each has it's own strengths and merits.......and as avid e-consumers, we just choose what works best for *our* application

SFR is a French mobile provider, I'm gonna be there for the latter portion of this year, and was referring to being able to use all the benefits of the S that AT&T blocks.

In all reality, I think the 3G S is proof that even Apple knows we're in a recession, nobody is going to pay $500 to upgrade to it to get a 3MP camera and faster internet while you're in a boring meeting. You can even pre-order one to be shipped to your door on their website.

Oh, so that's what SFR is...

Also, I have been out of touch with the news for ONE day and did not know what the 3G S was I had to Bing it to see that's the new name for the 3rd gen iPhone...

I have to read up on todays news to see the matrix of features. If it's still search at 200 max emails....then it does nothing for me.

Quite frankly, I'm surprise even by NOW, in the last revision of software, there was no change in how many messages. At least a max of 500 doesn't seem to far off...

Cut, Copy & paste is big for me. Landscape typing in email as well.

As I understand it If the contact or email message you’re looking for isn’t on your iPhone, you can continue your search on the server,
Search responds with all the results so you can display them on your iPhone.
