That sucks!

I have had someone open their door and chip my X (Brand new at the time) while I was in the car and try to walk away.
I also had someone reverse into my X and hit my rear wheel/tire and just try to drive away from it. When he finally got out, he just says there is no damage and that he only hit the wheel.

Man, that's just horrible. Iv been in two situations where people almost backed into me because.... they dident TURN THEIR HEAD TO LOOK WHERE THERE BACKING INTO! WTF! really?! To be honest, if i witnessed someone banging into my door and approaching them with them telling me to piss off or giving me that they dont speak english(Pointing and doing the motion of the door ending up causing a dent in the door also works, in NYC), id probly throw them on their hood of their car and knock them out aswell. maybe just keying their car to shit would help aswell.

Waiting to meet with the insurance girl and move forward. I guess it may be a good time to get the hood resprayed as well and clean up some small rock chips. Still ticks me off though.

I know! Try living in a high rise condo building with an underground garage and a neighbor with a GMC Sierra HD. My poor Treg has 4 major dents above my rear driver's side tire. Good thing he is paying to have them fixed as my lease goes back here shortly

It still amazes me that people do this stuff - It happened to me while I was in Canada 2 years ago with a rental car. Some guy just backed out of the space next to me and cut it too hard - creased both doors and the rear fender.

He just drove away. Fortunately, there were witnesses and it was caught on security cameras. Two people left notes on my windshield. There are good people on this earth.

The idiot actually worked in the same building as the company I worked for. He worked for an insurance company...

Ended up talking to one of his supervisors because he was dodging me. Then they saw the tape.

What a hassle - Hertz was a pain on top of it. All I did was park my car in a space.

X5rolls, the guy ended up working for an insurance compamy and still just left? Wow!

Well, I got some good news, this is being covered by my insurance as uninsured motorists property damage to my car (or something like that) and my deductible is $0. Woo Hoo! Now to get the quote and see how much the damage will cost them to repair.
