...not sure V could drive those circles around most, on a track, but she can drive nearly anything with wheels, and has.
I would get in any of our cars, have her drive us across country, and never give it a thought.

Fully agree. While she hasn't driven a Ferrari AFAIK, my wife drove all of our BMWs, and was quite comfortable in a 100 ton capacity 777D on a demo site in Malaga, Spain.

Takes a lot to intimidate her.

Even though not merried yet,
I would let her take X as long as she feels happier driving it, and I'm not stuck with piece of shit car
Anyway I would try to tell her to try and mentain it as I like it.
As for snow tires, in that situation I wouldn't put it at all. Put it on Land Cruiser, That is one car that No metter how you abuse it, Nothing will ever happen to it, IMO.

Other than giving my wife the nick name "curby" for catching a curb on the rear sidewall 1 time she does drive the X5 with no issues. She doesn't leave crap everywhere and is very careful where she parks it too. I'm fortunate to be married to a woman who appreciates our cars and our X5. Other than that no one drives our vehicles except for a mechanic if I'm not doing the work.

Guess it's the same with everything.... I'm not so meticulous about cleaning the house.

I let everyone drive mine because (1) it's 6-7 years old, and (2) it's just a car.

- only rule is - you break it, you fix/pay for it

So far, just my husband. But I do have a couple of cars he hasn't driven once I heavily modified them.
