Technical Consultant for the government in large aircraft (gross weight in excess of 120K lbs) maintenance. Lots of travel all over the world, sometimes to good places, sometimes to armpits.

Not only is it a full-time job, but it's one that does not pay well, and whose dividends don't come into fruition for some 25 years after initial investment. Tough job with long-term returns...
