Early Retired Bum: bailed out 5 1/2 years ago at age 53.
Sold and humped in the offset printing supply biz for 28ish years. Sales, sales mgmt, the usual climb the ladder deal that was available in companies during the '70s, '80s and '90s. Spent my last 11 years of career as VP of Sales & Mtking for a worldwide sales force humping specialty chemical prods used on presses and in the offset printing process. Travelled the world, met good people, had good people working for me, etc. TheCEO had stellar and very well paying career in Mkting at Agfa, Int'l Paper and Xerox and together we worked hard, sacrificed some stuff, got lucky and pulled the freaking rip cord.
