For me it is my Isuzu Rodeo...
171K Miles. Still in excellent condition. Had the following replaced:
- transmission at 35K - shop failed to refill after drain (I don't count this)
- original muffler at 80K, an interior baffle broke.
- starter replaced at 105K miles
- clutch twice (a little disappointing)
- 3 set of tires
- 2 batteries
- headlight bulbs - once I think
- front cv boots - once each side with $8 split kit
- timing belt twice
- brake linings once
- thermostat stuck - haven't fixed yet.
Need to do...
- Flush Antifreeze
- Flush Brakes
- replace fuel filter
- based on history - a clutch soon
- all hoses
- alignment
- battery
- new thermostat housing (corroding)
This thing seems to be bulletproof. These days I only drive it locally because I cannot find replacement hoses (or even specification) under the V6 valley. Once one goes I will have it as a sample.
