On second thought maybe they thought the tea party folks would be in church
on Sunday. Surprise.....There they were right there spitting, cussin, and generally acting a fool.

Comical stuff for sure......

So you're slighting religious people now. Awesome

And for the other statement, not actually, I'd be considered by people like you to be a "Tea Party Folk" (and glad to have the title) I don't recall spitting or cussing on anyone.

So your saying that my assuming people would be in Church
on Sunday is a slight? Well Ok.

And for the other statement, thanks for clearing that up.

Yep you pretty much said all Tea Party people must be religious..shows how little you know about it

But our leader sure is bringing us together...14 states sue to block health care law - CNN.com Guess all those states have huge Tea Party members and are all Republican

What I said was "On second thought maybe they thought the tea party folks would be in church on Sunday" Nothing in that sentence say's "ALL". But your welcome to twist the meaning any way you like....

Cal Jillson, a political science professor at Southern Methodist University in Texas, said the Constitution says laws passed by Congress trump state laws.
And others are saying they don't have a prayer. (no pun intended of course).
Anyway good night.........

Not twisting anything, you made the religious 'ha-ha' about tea party peeps, all I did was ask why....

As fo Jilson's comments, we'll get to see that play out I fear as more than half the states in the Union have problems with what Congress passed. Whether Congress trumps a States rights....well not if you read the bill of Rights, specifically the 10th amendment.

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
