This is 1 Hell of a process to reach a consensus.
Looks like Palm Springs! If it took 7 pages to get down to a location, I'm a bit concerned about what it'll take to choose a date & time!!

The big thing for the date is the location. The big thing for the location is the date. How about them apples??? Seriously, I am working on the location which is worth the wait. They guys who attended WestFest III will tell you it is primo. I am at the mercy of the owner since he generously waived the $6000 site fee last time. I will have to get his okay and the check what dates they have available. Beggars can't be choosie. Also, the date will likely be closer to summer because hotel rates get significantly better the closer to summer it is. Right now is high season so people will pay dearly for hotels.
