i think that the 4.6/4.8 will hold their value well as well b/c dealers never really came down on the prices for new while the 3.0 and 4.4 were selling for hundreds over invoice the last year or so

The dealers are absolutely asking too much for the 4.8's, but you can get a great used one for less than $60K. While that is 15-20 more than a 4.6, you do get the X drive, a much better sounding...

I think that the i-drive works a lot like the bottom right button/knob on the nav system. just takes some getting used to, but not very intuitive to do some of the more obscure functions

Unless it is the 4.8 or 4.6, I think that the twin dual exhaust look better. The oval looks better IMO, but putting it on something less than those 2 vehicles is like sticking an M// badge on there....
