I have the same problem with my 2010 X5d - 1005 miles on the OM. According to the dealer, it is normal and it will go away.

I fully agree with the last sentence about BMW...

I fully agree with the last sentence about BMW dealership. My experience - most are the dealership have chip on their shoulder. They do not want to talk to you if you are not driving a ‘luxury’ car.

There is a lengthy discussion about this in this forum. The bottom line is "Google is having problems with "send" option". Someone talked to Google and was told it would be fixed in a couple of days.

It is moanco blue metallic with black perforated Nevada....

I think the same backup cameras are used in all series. There is no special camera for X5. If your CA is right, BMW's all series will be behind schedule. Just does not make sense.
