Look in the boot (trunk) under the cd changer...

Look in the boot (trunk) under the cd changer just to the front of it you will see a silver box at an angle, on top of the silver box is a sticker with pass key written on it (4 digit number)

Sounds as if you have dislodged the sat nav aerial, can't help after that really, but I think it is at the back of the sat nav and runs past the rear lights and up at the side of the rear boot hatch...
