New intake boot and MAF arrived from FCP. Installed the intake boot, performed smoke test, found no additional leaks. Started engine, still ran terrible.

Ebay now has cheaper poly and rubber subframe bushings available. I'm not familiar with either brand (the poly brand is literally sus) and their significantly lower prices do not inspire confidence....

In addition, the supercharger can be uninstalled and the X5 returned to stock. The kit can then be sold or you can put it on any M54 engine that BMW put in dang near every vehicle around that time....
