Mine gets 18 according to the OBC, also has 60k miles. Just had an oil change a month ago and gas mileage did not change any.

I searched the posts and some said that that the motor might be out but it does move up like an inch just not the whole way so the motor does work. I've tried to help it move but it wouldn't move...

I also have an '04 530i without Nav. But it still have to press accept on its screen every car start. Can the software be downgraded and then back up to remove the accept screen like I did on my x5?
