Wrong mic connector

As I was trying to retrofit the BT kit on my SAV, I was not able to find the right connector for the micropohone, the only available connector in the overhead is a 6 pin connector and not the 3 one....

Help in removing A Pillar

I try searching without any luck. Can some explain me how to remove the A pillar ? I need to route a cable and since there is an airbag on each A Pillar, I am afraid of guessing on how to remove it....

I have a ipod Video with the right firmware, Version 1.2.1, and I can control the ipod, so I can see the ipod changing...
