It's a good deal if the title is clean. "Must finance 75% with dealer" scares me (a little). I would get the VIN and have your local dealer run a history on the car for some peace of mind...

Be sure to check with your dealer if your 02 X5 will accommodate the new style 214 or 215 wheels. I think that the bolt configuration is different... might be worth your while to investigate before...
