It took me a while to figure it out too..... CPO = certified pre-owned (i.e. from BMW dealer) It's not quite as good as the 40K initial warantee, but pretty good indeed and typically lasts to 100K.

Techron Pro-guard fuel injector cleaner

Thanks for the replys, guys. The "Techron Pro-guard fuel injector cleaner" is different from the Techron additive. I don't know what the difference is or if the Pro-Guard may be too harsh for a BMW...

My '01, 4.4i has been running poorly for a month or so. The service light came on and my mechanic read the code. I can't remember the number, but the problem was on one side of engine in fuel system....

My advice: definately get CPO and/or extended...

My advice: definately get CPO and/or extended warrantee. Dump the car as soon as warrantee runs out.
