Hello all.

The CPO on my 2008 4.8 will be up first week of August. Is there anything I should have the dealer check prior to the coverage expiring?

Needless to say I had some work done by CPO...

I am still waiting on a real diagnosis. One dealer while I was in VA said the compressor was bad. Drove it back to NJ with the diagnosis. Dropped it a Freehold BMW and was informed compressor is good...

Actually just called a dealer and I have the same specs. 52K with 11 months on CPO left.

Dealer said 23K and may be able to stretch to 24k.

They did not see any leaks. So now I have to pay a $362.02 evac and recharge. Beyond pissed but I have no choice.

BMW Freehold said they will have to evacuate the remaining freon and fill it up with dye and check under black light. If they do not find any leaks from that then I would have to pay for the freon...

Just had the same issue. Of course it had to happen during our family vacation. Long story short it was a faulty A/C compressor. Have to schedule a drop off now.

Started happening to me recently. Probably due to the weather. It will occur once and pressing the unlock button on the remote fixes it at that time.

My water pump and alternator was replaced at 43k due to noise. Good thing it was still under warranty.
