The best feature it enabled for me was the voice control. I think that cost several hundered(£s) as a dealer option. I use it all the time now.

I wrapped the resler in the insulation material I took off the CD changer leads as my car never had a CD changer installed. Probablly not the best solution, a small plastic enclosure...
