perhaps you may be able to do 275/40/19 all round if you don't mind giving up staggered. 275 is spec'd (DWS at least) to fit 9-11" wheels.

I believe the X5 19" staggered is a 19x9 and a 19x10

Finally removed it. I just forced it out with a pry bar. Theres 2 snaps on the front, and tape on the back. I suspect it was a combination of both which made it very hard to remove.
