The 20" wheels should be heavier and therefore...
The 20" wheels should be heavier and therefore requires more power to push them. Assuming the diameter of the wheel/tire combo, you should be losing some mileage on larger wheels (if their heavier)

Clunk by center console/transmission area?
It only clunks over bumps and when turning kinda hard. Can def reproduce the clunk by turning left and right while driving. It seems to be coming from the center console where the cup holders sit....
