magnaflow universal muffler for my 4.4 ( single outlet)

does it matter if the muffler has a single outlet ? do i lose power or torque? and do they sound good? thx for your advice.

Oil leak ( 1 drop everynight)

it is a clean oil( it s the motor oil because i changed it 3 months ago) i find 1 drop after sitting overnight. I can see that the oil is coming from the underguard protector under the engine...
