How can you tell if your thrust arm bushings are shot? i have a wobble whenever my car is turning left...i suspect the issue may be the bushings but not sure.

Thanks guys. I think a better word to describe the issue is a wobble rather than vibration. Nonetheless I'll investigate the items above. Cheers!

Whenever I'm accelerating out of a left turn, my X5 has been rattling/vibrating. Only on left turns. Anyone experience this before? Have 119k on the odometer

It was a blown 75 fuse. Funny because I pulled them all earlier but somehow didn't see that 75 was blown. Pretty sure the mb did it since the mb was wigging out just before screen went black. Thanks!

i'm having the SAME issue. I called dice and they told me there were unaware of any issues. i didconnected by battery for 30 minutes but my radio screen is still blank and the buttons dont work....

some MK4's take copied disks no problem. mine never did - the disks always got jammed. the issue is either the disks or the actual laser on the mk4. i suspect the latter, at least in my case

are you talking about bmwnav.net? i bought from them on my e60 - it's legit. but on my e53, my mk4 wont read copies of disks so be careful

Thanks guys - got it fixed by using the OEM v32. Lucked out that the local dealer had it as the OEM version is on national back order. You can't even find it in Germany right now.

Tried downgrading rom v32 to v24 and the screen went blank. Radio/CD work fine. It took some fiddling to get the copied v24 out but it came out...

Bornselling, did you figure this problem out? Same thing happened to me tonight. tried to downgrade to v24 (from v31) and screen went blank & never came back. radio & cd works fine though

Would you be able to mail me a v24 as well? Im happy to pay. I want to eliminate the accept screen and need to downgrade from v31 to and older version and then re-upgrade to v31.
