So I have been driving it yesterday and today there have been no sounds. Rocking the X5 also makes no noise as well. This has been city/freeway driving.

I drove it after work yesterday and it doesn't always go with rotation of the wheel. It seems like it does sometimes but then it goes silent and comes back at different speed than the wheel rotation....

That does make sense if 4 of them are holding the sway bar. Also since it was fine until I drove a little ways away from the mechanic and over speed bumps.
