Roof panels separated

I’m having a hard time searching for this. The front panel has separated from the rear. I have a feeling I’m digging into the headliner to sort this out. What holds the two panels together?

When I get around to doing the hitch I'll just do it myself. I didn't see anything hard about the whole thing. Programming the new module is probably the biggest challenge.

There is a dial on each vent to restrict the air flow. Perhaps throttling down one side would make a difference?
