while You are in there check the alternator...

while You are in there check the alternator bracket seal , see if You have a leaking, that is a more expensive job then the alternator ,it and could dump most of Your oil if it fails...............

I found that it is the Crank case Position sensor...

I found that it is the Crank case Position sensor .............E53-N62 VCG done and now CEL, DME errors P0021 and P0024 and random misfires...

those are the actuators for the timing not the vanos .....I wouldn't pull them out if You don't know about the engine.......
