No, we're spoiled. For all our cars, we pay less and get more. This applies regardless of whether it's BMW, Merc, Ford, GM, etc....but American consumers are a finicky bunch so I'm not out to change...

The X5 in other countries doesn't come with electric seats, dual-zone climate automatic, or xenon headlamps. Kind of spoiled in the US.

Don't see anything wrong with supporting manufacturing jobs in the US. Sales numbers speak the loudest. Y'all driving X5s have a fair share of US-made parts too.

2) It has to be energy and water efficient. The environment matters, and so does my monthly electricity and water bill.

I drive in the mountains all the time on summer tires in my not-quite-svelte X3 and don't see any unusual wear issues, so certainly the alignment and/or tire pressure inflation pressures are suspect....

Back many years ago, there was a software update that slightly alleviated this...
