I can't see any real side effects to any of your points providing you fitted 295/40 tyres all round. But I wouldn't do it with a 10.5" you would run 315/35 tyres on the rear which would be too wide...

Mine has black door handles, yes no problem getting them painted, but as JCL has said there is so much black on the X they don't look out of place but given the option I would have prefered mine...

My mech uses Fuchs Titan GT1 Proflex 5w/30 good oil, 7.0litres goes into mine with filter yours being an E70 it may have a larger sump, check your handbook under Filling Capacities.
