05+ inner high beams reprogrammed?

On the 05+ models the inner high beams only work with the lever pulled towards the driver to flash the lights. When pushed away the xenons are used as standard high beams and the lever will remain...

My car has 50,800 miles. If I ask the dealer for an extended warranty will they still do it? The car has been BMW Certified Pre-owned since I bought it in June and under warranty. Am I too late?

All X5's have the best place to hide stuff in the shifter cover. Look at the tutorial on how to remove the center consol and it will tell you how to get it off. With no tools it pops off...
