If you want Genuine, and you need them decently quickly, HIDbulbsRus | Home ships Genuine Bulbs from Utah.

However, the price is screaming from Powerbulbs in the UK

Looks like Powerbulbs has increased their price a bit. $153 which comes to $114 after their 25% off coupon.

Also, this is interesting. According to HIDbulbsRus, the Nightbreakers are not street legal in the US.

I looked on the Sylvania site, and couldn't find them. The only have the Silverstars listed there for HID lights.

Oops - clicked Submit too early...so any personal experience with the Cool Blue Intense which QS initially asked about? I found this side by side video showing Night Breakers vs. CBI and they're nearly identical.

Considering they are 4300K I wouldn't personally worry about that, but yes I'm seeing that as well. I'm more concerned with quality of a genuine bulb and light output than DOT approval however.

Read my post a few posts up, CBI gives the same lumens as a genuine 4300K bulb but at a higher 5K color temp, Nightbreakers are supposed to be a touch brighter than a stock bulb. Really depends if you want the "pure white" or "OEM white" color temp, I can't personally stand anything else than 4300K for driving at night nowadays.

See above hope that helps

After you do some research on the subject it will then be your decision.
There are vehicle differences.
