Don't have a clue. I assumed they were universal aftermarket mud flaps modified and attached to the flare so they followed the contour of the wheel well.

Check with the Aussie guys....many of the pics I've come across from down under have those kinds of flaps as well.

I feel that those mudflaps the Aussies have are similar to the IKEA cutting board ones Subbie guys use. Basically, it is a pretty thin plastic board that they cut to fit. It secures using the stock plastic rivets on the car.
