wow cool I didnt know I had a 12v :)

I take it that it is meant for little things like cell phone chargers and stuff, correct? It would be cool if I could connect my laptop to it but that would probably be a big no no, huh?

should be no problem for the laptop. I rewired mine so that the socket only gets power when the ignition is on. That way my Ipod turns on everytime I turn the truck on.

Im probably the only person on earth that didnt know this, but the windows have a safety feature if your hands are in the way while they're going up! My daughter had her hand in the window and while my wife was putting the window up, I screamed at the top of my lungs "WAIIIIIIITTTTT!!!!"...and then the thing went down!...:damn:

I check mine periodically to make sure they still work. While the window is going up, press upward on the rubber weather strip to see if it works!

Mine locks into place quite securely in either position.... Are you sure you're sliding it all the way until it locks in?

Press the center interior light button on the overhead console, HOLD IT FOR 3+ SECONDS, and ALL interior lights will be permantely disabled until the button is again pressed. This saves the bulbs during daytime and keeps the battery from draining when the doors are open for a considerable time. I leave my interior lights disabled 99% of the time.
