Okay - so now we are down to 17,500 on this '00. Thoughts??

As a refresher I'll note the cars options:

6 disc changer
build in radar detector
Angel eyes
2 sets rims and tires (19 BMW factory with Yokahamas & 22's with pirelli's)

needs to have lower front arms replaced soon per BMW inspection II. The inspection also suggested power steering pressure hose and belts be replaced.

Still no, I wouldn't go over 15K for that. Problems are inevitable.

Still way overpriced IMHO at 17,500.

If you can get a seller to drop a price by nearly $5,000, you probably DO NOT want that car. The seller is all but telling you he is full of crap....
