If you can get a seller to drop a price by nearly $5,000, you probably DO NOT want that car. The seller is all but telling you he is full of crap....
Move on to another man.
Eventhough there are exeptions and only you can figure that out by getting to know the seller better: why is he selling, how long he had it, sale reason, etc.
