Why do you keep writing back. Just upload a few pictures, especially one of the engine and be done with it otherwise end the issue.

Clearly, he (and his dealer) are either misinformed or just plain stupid. They robably got a 4.8is that someone put an alpina interior kit on and called it an "alpina" edition. How complicated can it really be?

I've only seen one Alpina X5 Model. It was last summer at my BMW dealer. It was raw looking. The car was truly Alpina for sure. It had different interior and Steering wheel which was all badged "ALPINA" wheels where alpina, and the engine had this totaly different look to it. I can't explain, it looked like the 745 alpina B7 or B9, I forget, one or the other, you guy's know what I'm talking about, LOL.... Anyway, it was raw as hell, Tinted glass, and it looked dropped a little bit. really nice. No pics, I should have taken them right there and then. I know they were asking a lot for it. ;)
