How much were you guys paying for the bulbs on ebay? The company I bought my HID foglight conversions offer a 2yr no questions asked warranty, so they might be worth giving a try.

About $35. I might give them a try. For now the oem bulbs serve their purpose as the hid fogs are what I primarily use and are more than enough usually.

I wonder if the adapters are what is causing your problem. That little bit of space from the adapter may have moved the bulb away from where it needs to be in order to get the projector to do it's thing, kinda like adjusting the beam pattern of a Maglite. Just an idea.
