Hey guys, anyone have any issues with this stuff in the heat? Im in Australia, southern parts however it still gets up to around 35 degrees (95 F), and I guess even hotter in the car. Just worried about doing the more complex cuts like the centre console, steering wheel and even the shifter and find that they shift or shrink in the summer heat. Cheers guys.

Magnificent job mate! Looks great.

Couldn't help noticing the M5 mirrors? Did they fit straight on? Any pics from the front/side?

Cheers, Kev.

Same here, will this stuff take the heat? we get up to 40C in the summer and i specifically need to do the steering wheel and have no idea how to safely disassemble.....having said all this may take a look at 3M s webiste see how this stuff stands up to high temps

FWIW, I have the 3M Nidoc wrap on the back of my iPad2 and it has help up very well to daily hands-on handling, some heat when it's left in the car, and the compound curved corners have not peeled up at all which is an area I had concerns about. The stuff is amazing.

Didn't you do the CF on side mirror covers too? How is that holding up?

1. That looks pretty good. You obviously spent a lot of time on it to make it look great.
2. Where did you put the sender for that oil pressure gauge?

I removed the stock oil pressure sender and replaced with dual input sender from DVO.
