I'll probably have to wait until St Louis to grab anything cold weather related.

PS I think it is actually colder than Canada right now

In case of an emergency, just add half a bottle of rubbing alcohol to the windshield washer reservoir and you should be good to go. Learned this from a truck driver, after my rental car had frozen washer fluid in reservoir and all of the pipes, back in Quebec/Canada. Poured the alcohol in there and after a few minutes kept pressing the spray button so the melted fluid could work/melt its way up the frozen pipes and finally through the sprayer onto the windshield.

Nice find! Ebay is becoming to be a very good resource for purchasing cars nowadays. You're more productive by doing more research, and at the comfort of your own home. IMHO

Congrats!!! Looks good. What tires are on it? Did they hook up well in the snow driving?

nom3rcy 02-09-2010 03:03 PM

It has the Toyo Proxes S/T IIs

They are ok for winter, but certainly not ideal. I think their main downfall is lateral traction ie they slide sideways easily.

I will definitely be getting snow tires this coming winter though.
